BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
We accept cash and card. If you are paying by card, you need to bring a bank card to settle your bill. We accept cards including American Express as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay & Android Pay. Fees may apply for late cancellations and no-shows. For larger groups and on key occasion days for our business, we reserve the right to increase the notice required. This will be outlined in your booking journey.
Any table reserved will be held for 20 minutes. After this time your table may be charged a cancellation fee and your table may be given away. If you are late for your reservation, this may be taken off your total booking time. Please keep us informed if you are running late.
We will always try to accommodate seated bookings on as few tables as possible, but we may need to split your party across multiple tables. We will always try to seat your party as close together, however, this cannot always be guaranteed.
Larger groups may be required to pre-order and/or dine from set menus. This will be planned in your booking journey.
The Manor is also available for private hire, birthdays and events - meaning some spaces may be out of use to you during your visit.
Larger events may be required to pay for Security, should their event go on past 11pm. The event organiser will be expected to book security via The Manor.
We do not allow your own food and drink to be brought into The Manor.
We reserve the right to refuse or eject any guests who appear intoxicated, behaving inappropriately or dressed inappropriately. Right of admission is reserved and no refund or compensation will be given.
On rare occasions, we may need to move or amend your booking and will work closely with you to find the best solution. In the event we need to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund where applicable.
AT ALL TIMES WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY WHILE AT THE MANOR. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY UNATTENDED.
Cancellations and No-shows
Please allow at least 48 hours should you wish to cancel your booking. No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee. A deposit for Parties of more than 10 will be taken when you make your booking. This will be non-refundable if you do not give us 48 hours notice of cancellation. Please cancel via email.
We reserve the right to amend the cancellation notice as required and you will be notified before your booking is complete.
MENUS
Our menus are seasonal and change throughout the year with different pop-up providers. This may affect availability. Please check our menu page for the latest menus. Our team are happy to help advise and also liaise with the pop-up kitchen on your behalf.
Please advise when booking of any allergies or dietary requirements.
A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your final bill.
AGE POLICY
Under 18’s are allowed in before 6pm with responsible adults. We reserve the right not to allow under 18’s in on peak game days. Please ensure anyone lucky to look under 25 is carrying a valid form of ID. We accept valid passports, UK driving licences, or a PASS card.
